The installation of weather resistant plates is a technology that manufacturers attach great importance to. As weather resistant plates are corrosion-resistant steel plates, they have important applications in various fields and play an important role in the development and continuous improvement of the industry. Weathering board is generally used in the construction of landscaping, decoration of ancient buildings, as well as various industrial production and construction projects, and plays an important role. The installation of weather resistant panels requires skills, so how is it installed for weather resistant panels?

1. To prevent the impact of ultraviolet rays on the board, the protective film on the side of the board with a UV layer is printed with the Gurler Sunshine Board logo, and it must be installed facing the sun.

2. It is necessary to choose the thickness of the board and consider the curvature radius. For flat construction, a 5% inclination should be designed to facilitate drainage. If it belongs to a snowy area, more inclination is required to prevent excessive snow accumulation.

3. The surface of the groove must be flat, and generally no objects that affect drainage, including pressure strips, should be placed along the inclined direction.

4. Reserve expansion space according to the local temperature difference, pay attention to the embedding depth, and ensure that at least two ribs are installed in the fixed area; The diameter of the hole on the board fixed with screws should be 1.5 times the diameter of the screw.

Before cutting, if marking is required, the mark should be placed on the protective film or a crayon should be used to avoid damaging the board surface when using sharp tools for marking.

6. If there is adhesion of sealant, grease, paint, etc. that pollutes the surface of the hollow board, it is necessary to wipe it off with a soft cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol, kerosene or gasoline before it hardens.

7. Do not use organic solvents, strong acid and alkali chemical solvents for cleaning, and do not use gaskets that harm the board.

After installation, immediately remove the protective film and apply a secondary coating until the project is completed before removing it.

Do not place the Gurler PC solar panel in direct contact with cement floors or walls. Installation cannot be done against a cement surface.

Do not walk directly on the board. On the one hand, it is unsafe, and on the other hand, it is easy to damage the board.

Board end closure; At any time, the holes in the Gurler hollow solar panel should be facing downwards to help drain condensation water. Otherwise, condensation water will deposit in the tank and form green dye at special temperatures. To avoid moisture accumulation, dust, and insect pollution in the tank, special attention should be paid during installation. Another important issue during installation is the sealing treatment of the openings at both ends of the board. If there is moisture, dust, small insects, or other substances inside the solar panel, it will affect the transparency, heat insulation, and aesthetics of the solar panel in the greenhouse. The selection of sealing materials should meet the following requirements:

1. The sealing of the board end should be impermeable to water, air, and dust

2. The adhesive substances of the sealing material, such as sealant, should not cause damage to the Gurler solar panel.

3. Adhesive substances should be able to maintain their adhesive properties for a long time in environments with sudden changes in temperature and high temperatures.

4. Due to the change of the construction roll shape, it is necessary to cut and drill holes. In terms of the characteristics of the hollow solar panel, the solar panel can be cut with a general sharp blade and wallpaper knife: you can drill holes with a general Fried Dough Twists drill, but you should drill small holes first, and then gradually expand to the required diameter. The distance between the hole and the edge of the plate should not be less than 40mm. The diameter of all drilled holes should be greater than the diameter of the bolt to accommodate the thermal expansion and contraction of the plate.

5. The seal has good weather resistance and mechanical strength that does not lose its stickiness over a long period of time.

When manually installed, the seal has good tear resistance.

Weathering plate, also known as atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, is a low-alloy steel series between ordinary steel and stainless steel. Weathering plate is made by adding a small amount of corrosion-resistant elements such as copper and nickel to ordinary carbon steel, and has the characteristics of toughness, plasticity, forming, welding and cutting, abrasion, high temperature, and fatigue resistance of high-quality steel; The weather resistance is 2-8 times that of ordinary carbon steel, and the coating performance is 1.5-10 times that of ordinary carbon steel. At the same time, it has the characteristics of rust resistance, corrosion resistance, extended service life, thinning and consumption reduction of components, and energy saving. Weather resistant panels are mainly used for steel structures that are exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, such as railways, vehicles, bridges, towers, photovoltaics, and high-speed engineering. Used for manufacturing structural components such as containers, railway vehicles, oil rigs, port buildings, oil platforms, and containers containing hydrogen sulfide corrosive media in chemical and petroleum equipment.
